INGREDIENTS FOR 2 SERVINGS:
1 pound green beans (remove the ends)
1/2 pound chuck roast
extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp sesame oil
Fill a larger pot with water and bring it to a boil.
Season the water with pink salt and add the green bean.
Boil the bean for about 10 minutes.
Remove from heat, drain and place the bean over ice (stops the boiling process, and make the bean crisp and gives them a nice green color).
Make a sauce using the crushed ginger, pink salt & pepper and the sesame oil.
Slice the beef in thin slices, cover the slices with the sauce and sauté them in a little bit of extra virgin olive oil.
In a jar mix 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil with 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar, pink salt and fresh ground pepper.
Chop the red onion in thin slices and the cherry tomatoes in halves.
Place the green beans on a plate, cover with red onion and vinaigrette and finish of with the beef.
Garnish the salad with the cherry tomatoes.
