In the mood for something Asian? I was! To me in the mood for Asian usually means I want soy sauce.
‘Cause I just love soy sauce!
1 cup jasmine rice
6 -7 asparagus spears
1/2 cup white beech mushrooms
1/3 pound ground beef
pink salt & pepper
3 tbs extra virgin olive oil
1 bay leaf
Steam the rice with 1 tbs olive oil, pink salt & pepper and the bay leaf.
Heat a large frying pan.
Add the olive oil, the meat and the asparagus (chopped) and white beech mushrooms (chopped).
Season with pink salt & pepper, chili flakes and soy sauce.
Cook on medium heat (around 6), until the meat is well done.
Add the streamed rice and mix well.
Crack the eggs over the rice and mix until the egg is completely coagulated.
