Eating More Vegetables Can Almost Halve Your Risk of Dying

I must add than the perfect scenario is to be able eat more ORGANIC and non-GMO veggies and fruits. The regular ones are loaded with pesticides, herbicides and some of them are genetically modified to kill insects and enhance production (corn, potatoes, soybean, sugar beet, canola, zucchini, papaya…). But it’s always better to have a salad with any kind of veggies instead of eating #mac&cheese from a box, hamburger&fries from MacDonalds or KFC chicken.
