Pork Ribs ✔
INGREDIENTS FOR TWO:
6- 7 pork ribs
1 large sweet potatoe
1 russet potatoe
1 1/2 bag sweet pea
1 large sweet onion
sea salt & black pepper
2 bay leaves
extra virgin olive oil
Separate the ribs and fry them lightly in olive oil.
Chop the onion and saute it until golden.
Peel the potatoes, cut them in small pieces and add them to the onion.
Cook the veggies for 3-4 minutes, then add the sweet peas and 2 cups of warm water.
Season the pea, cook for 10 minutes and add the pork ribs.
Cover with lid and let simmer on low heat for over an hour.
