1 piece of round steak beef
3 cups of baby carrots
2 sweet onions
2 cups of brown champignon mushrooms
rosemary & sage
sea salt & pepper
extra virgin olive oil
Peel the potatoes and cut them in small cubes.
Peel onion, cut it in half and then cut each half in three.
Heat a pan, and sauté the onion in olive oil.
Remove the onion and sauté the carrots and potatoes.
Remove the veggies and sauté the meat.
Put the meat on top of a oven safe pan (I used a terracota), cover the with the sauté veggies and the raw mushrooms.
Add about 2 cups water and season everything.
Roast in the oven at 350 F for about 4 hours (cover the pan with a lid).
