This might just be the easiest dish to cook in history.
I made this in a small container because it was meant for lunch at the office the next day.
Ingredients:
1 cup penne
(whatever shape of pasta you like, will do)
2 eggs
1/2 shredded cheese
(I had an old piece of cheese in the fridge, hard and with a very nutty flavour…
this is why you make pasta & cheese- to use all the old cheese you still have in the fridge!)
1/2 cup feta cheese
(old as well :D)
pink salt to taste
1 tbs brown sugar
(or more if you want them sweet)
2 – 3 tbs milk
2 tbs butter
2 sheets of melting cheese
Boil the penne as directed on package.
Whisk the eggs together with the rest of the ingredients (except for the butter and the melting cheese).
Drain the penne, put them in a oven safe dish, add small pieces of butter and mix with the penne (carefull not to break the penne!).
Pour the egg mixture over the penne.
Cook them in the oven at 375 F for 15 minutes.
Remove the dish ad place the melting cheese on top of the penne.
Put them again in the oven for another 10 minutes.
ENJOY!
