First you need to let the sweet basil seeds soak for a few minutes in cold water.
For about 2 servings:
I used about 1 tbs of seed and 1/4 cup water.
1 cup frozen strawberries
1 cup frozen raspberry + blueberries
2 tbs coconut flakes
2 cups coconut milk
Puree together in a food processor.
If you like your smoothie sweet, add sugar or honey (or a ripe banana).
