Tuna Salad with Pecans


many salad leaves ’cause they’re good for y’all

many red onion slices

1 can of good quality white tuna

pink salt & pepper

chilli flakes

1/4 cup peacans cut in small pieces

1-2 tbs extra virgin olive oil

the juice of 1/2 lemon

First the salad leaves (washed and dried) , then the tuna, pecans, red onion, spices, olive oil & last but not least the lemon juice. 🙂

This has been my salad of choice for some time now, I might wake up with a fish tail one of these days… so be aware tuna can be addictive!
